As the proud owner of Verzio Limited I have over 15 years of experience in Higher Education, most recently working at Executive Board level. I am a committed and successful leader with a proven track record of delivering high-impact change programmes, exemplary services and building high performing teams.
I am motivated by knowing that I am making a difference. I love to co-design solutions and identify and create new and innovative ways of working.
I am able to transfer my skills and experiences across many activities and I absolutely love a challenge. If something needs to be resolved I am proud to be considered a 'go-to' person who is calm, logical and, working together, we will always find a resolution. I am incredibly organised and set exceptionally high standards to deliver high quality, on-time and in budget. My colleagues know how much I love a good plan, process and data. Colleagues have recognised my abilities to embed culture change, customer-focused strategic developments, operational excellence and the use of digital innovation to enhance the customer experience.
Prior to my roles in Higher Education, I worked in investment banking technology firstly as a Quality Assurance Tester and then as a Programme Manager.
